2. Trademark Guidelines

2.1 Proper Use of zenColor® Trademarks

zenColor® trademarks are valuable assets that identify the zenColor Protocol, its semantic infrastructure, and related services. Proper use preserves the integrity of the brand and prevents confusion in the marketplace.

You may reference zenColor products, services, or concepts using zenColor trademarks only when such references are:
